Shipping and Delivery Policy

You can order online and pick up at the store, get free delivery within Park County, or ship items directly to your doorstep.

Receiving your items should be just as enjoyable as shopping for them. To make things easy, we offer several convenient delivery options.


In-Store Pickup

Place an order online and pick it up at our storefront during regular business hours. We can notify you by email when your order is ready.


Free Local Delivery (Park County)

For orders over $40, we offer free local delivery within Park County, Wyoming. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (MST) will be delivered within two (2) business days.

Weekends and holidays are excluded.


Delivery timing may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather or road conditions.


Shipping

We partner with reliable, trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.


At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options, shipping rates, and estimated delivery timeframes.


Delivery times are based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, item availability, and carrier performance. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. While estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, they are not guaranteed.


Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday, are typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Tracking & Responsibility

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item is returned in accordance with our Return Policy, refunds apply to the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Policy

General Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. For online orders, the 30-day return window begins on the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.


All returns are subject to inspection and approval.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No restocking fees will be charged.


Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days of receiving and approving the returned items.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed. If the customer wishes to exchange items by mail, they will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.


Food Items

For safety and quality reasons, food products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your delivery is damaged, please provide pictures of the damaged product and the packaging. This will help us process your claim faster.
