BREAD DIP
1/2 C olive oil
4 - 5 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
2 Tb oregano or basil or another herb
1/4 C fresh parmesan, finely grated
1/4 C infused vinegar, or to taste
Fresh black pepper to taste
Crusty bread for dipping
- This is also great poured over an antipasto plate
DRINKING WATER
A 1 to 2Tb to drinking water
BERRY FRUIT DIPS
1 C plain yogurt
3 Tb honey
3 Tb infused vinegar
- Mix together and keep refrigerated. Serve with fresh fruit
BBQ SAUCE
4 Tb fruit jelly
3 Tb infused vinegar
2 Tb honey
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tb grated ginger
1/2 Tsp dried chili flakes
2 Tb soy sauce
VINAIGRETTE
1/3 C infused vinegar
1/2 C olive oil
3 Tb mustard
3 Tb honey
Salt and pepper to taste
- For a thicker vinaigrette add an apple or fresh berries and mix in blender
MARINADE
1/3 C infused vinegar
1/2 Colive oil
3 Tb worchestershire sauce
1 Tb cayenne pepper
1 Tb dry mustard
1 Tb garlic salt
1/2 C brown sugar
- Wisk together and marinate meat 2 hrs or overnight
- Brush over meats while cooking
TAPENADE
2 Tb infused vinegar
1 Tb olive oil
1/4 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 8 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained and diced
1/3 C chopped pitted kalamata olives
1/3 C chopped pitted green olives
3 Cloves garlic minced
Fresh black pepper to taste
1 8 ox package cream cheese, halved lengthwise
- Stir vinegar, olive oil, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl;
- fold in sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, green olives, and garlic.
- Season with black pepper.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, at least 2 hours to overnight.
- Spoon over cream cheese.
- Serve with bread, crackers and veggies.
